Dear all,
i have a problem in using ImageJ and have no idea why this appears.
I have several pictures which i have to process in excel. So i do the following steps:
1. Open picture und substract an other picture (Background)
2. Split Channels
3. Save file als text image.
In some cases it works and the .txt-file contains all gray-values between 0 and 255. But in some cases it is exportet in ascii-code with lots of signes in it. This files i can not use in excel. The pictures are all from one image series - so no difference in taking or safing them.
I hope you have an idea how to solve this...
