Plotting time series

James Ewing
Hello fellow ImageJ users - Help with a simple task, please.  I have a stack of images that change in intensity through the stack.  I want to pick  out a pixel or ROI and plot its mean value across the stack.  It seems that there should be a procedure that would do that, but I haven't been able to figure it out yet.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Jim,
Image>Stacks>Plot Z-Axis Profile works with any ROI, including points.  Would that work?

regards,
Glen

Hi Jim,

You can do this with help of Multi Measure plugin. Once you open Multi Measure, make an ROI in your image and hit Add<SP>
In the list of different ROI's that will appear label, pick one and hit on measure. This will open a new table that will have different parameters measured.

Gaurav.
