When I save an ImageJ image as tiff file, then copy it and paste into Photoshop or Canvas, is the entire resolution preserved? Or is it better to import the tiff file into Photoshop/Canvas? Thanks!

Hi,

???? I assume you mean LOAD a Tiff file in ImageJ and then copy and paste?
????

as far as I can see, whole resolution is preserved when using COPY TO
SYSTEM, independent off the active zoom setting (You can try it yourself
with your images?!!!)

However, depending on any kind od *LOSSY* compression, you may get slightly
different results from direct importing...

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
