I am using Fiji/ImageJ 1.46a - java 1.6.0_20 64 bits on a windows seven computer.
Fiji plugins are up to date.

I would be very greatful if you could help me with this issue. I can provide some image examples if you need.

I am using your stitching plugins quite a bit and they are really great, easy to use and helpful.
