Hi Marc,

thanks a lot for telling me about this bug. I fixed it and put the new version into the Fiji updater.

Nice greetings,
Stephan

P.S. Would you mind forwarding your email and my reply to the ImageJ and Fiji user's mailing lists?

Hallo,

I may be facing a bug when using your plugin (grid/collection, the newer version) in a macro within FIJI.
My image grid was acquired "row by row" in "Right & Up" order. When i do the stitching manually and use the recorder, i get the correct stitched image and this line in the macro:
run("Grid/Collection stitching", "type=[Grid: row-by-row] order=[Right & Up] grid_size_x=4 grid_size_y=3 tile...
Unfortunately, when i run the macro with that exact code i am not able to reproduce the correct stitched image. It looks like the macro is doing "order=[Right & Down]" instead, although it is written correctly in the macro.
I am using Fiji/ImageJ 1.46a - java 1.6.0_20 64 bits on a windows seven computer.
Fiji plugins are up to date.

I would be very greatful if you could help me with this issue. I can provide some image examples if you need.

I am using your stitching plugins quite a bit and they are really great, easy to use and helpful.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Marc KOCH
