I have recently been drawing large numbers of ROIs and saving them in
.zip files through the ROI manager.
Often, when I save the ROIs and then load them again at a later point,
some of the ROI shapes change. I have made screenshots of what this
looks like before and after saving. I added the red highlights.

These particular screenshots were taken in ImageJ 1.3.7 because I was
testing if the problem also occured in older versions, but it also
happens and looks the same in ImageJ 1.4.5
This is a pretty bad problem for me because I need to check and
re-check the ROIs after saving to make sure they're all OK. Is it a
known issue?
I should note that I have drawn these ROIs on a Wacom tablet - so there
might be something going on with clicks that the user doesn't really
notice when moving the stylus close to the screen to start drawing the
ROI. I'm not sure if this really happens, but it could be a possibility.
