Paxton and Folks
Looking at these fibers (electron-spun I assume),
I do not think that you have enough contrast
and separation to automeasure the diameter (sic).
You may want to freeze-fracture to check their
cross-sections for a non-unity aspect ratio.
Also, there has been a similar discussion on
the MSA listserver. You may want to post your
query there.
