Dear all,
I would like to use Fiji ImageJ rigid registration, but I could not find good manual for using it.
I have a bunch of images, and therefore, writing it into a macro is a preferred method. For example, I have 3 images and one reference image ( All 3 images need to align to the reference image). After registration, I am more interested at the translation and rotation used for registration. For specifically, I don't expect any rotation, and therefore I want to set rotation zero. Is there any way for me to do that.
In addition, I will appreciate if I get better ideas on how these parameters used to affect the registration, tolerance, level, stoplevel, MaterialCenterAndBBox, measure(Euclidean, MutualInformation, Threshold55, Threshold155, and Correlation).
Any good reference for this rigid registration?
