I have submitted a pull request to make some changes to the Miji.m script. This is pull request 147 which can be viewed here:
https://github.com/fiji/fiji/pull/147These changes make MIJ compatible with the new GNU Octave 4. Now the power of ImageJ and the power of m code can be combined in a completely open source framework.
