Fiji update problem

Gabriel Lapointe-4
Hi,
I update Fiji a few minutes ago and now it won't start properly. In a
terminal I get the following output:

$ /Path/To/.Fiji/fiji-linux
Re-executing with correct library lookup path (/Path/To/.Fiji/lib/linux32)
Class 'imagej.Main' was not found

This is on a Ubuntu 10.04 32bit system.

I just updated the Fiji launcher which I had forgotten to do earlier
(sorry for that!).

Can you please launch it with

  $ /Path/To/.Fiji/fiji-linux --ij1

and update Fiji?

Thanks,
Johannes

I hope this problem is solved for you now? In case I forgot to reply:
I am in the process of uploading more Fiji components that have been
changed recently. One I forgot to upload was the Fiji launcher (which is
actually the ImageJ launcher with the Fiji icon now).

If anybody experiences the same problem: please start the launcher with
the "--ij1" option. A subsequent update will fix the problem.

Thanks for your understanding,
Johannes
