Dear ImageJ users,
I'm finding a way to analyze images taken by slit-lamp photography which is usually used in ophthalmology clinic.
However, I encountered a problem of the bright points of the light source reflected by cornea and shadows made by the obliquely incident light.
But without that light source, we could not get a good image for analyze.
And I also tried blurring the light source when we took photo, but we could not completely remove the reflected image of light and also shadowing.
Can anyone let me know the filter or plug-in that can subtract the effect of obliquely incident light?
I'll attach a sample photo.
Thank you,
Sang-Mok Lee,
