Dear all
I have stained the actin cytoskeleton in MDA-MB-231 cells with Alexa fluor
488 phalloidin. I intend to measure the florescence intensity of actin
cytoskeleton over the nucleus area, do I need to download a specific Plug in
for this purpose ? or can I simply do that using standard ImageJ functions ?
