Fluorescence measurement on a time lapse

Hello,

I have a stack of pictures of cells that emit fluorescence over time.
The time lapse lasts for 10 min and I have a picture every second.
I need to select one cell and evaluate the fluorescence emission over the entire time because I would like to see the fluorescence decay.
Is there a smart way to do that that is not copy,paste the ROI over and over?
I´m kind of new to the software.
