Dear Group,
I am using confocal imaging and ImageJ to measure cilia beat frequency.
I am acquiring line scan images at 2 ms intervals generating images with
distance in the x dimension and time in y. I am using Plot Profile and
then manual measuring the peak to peak distances. Is there a plugin that
will automatically give me frequency information from either the images
or the plot profile data?
