Albert corrected that by forwarding the mail to the best forum for
ImageJ/Fiji questions: the ImageJ mailing list. Note: Albert does not
maintain Fiji, I do. Even so: the mailing list is the best place to ask
any questions about ImageJ & Fiji.

If you can provide more detail, I might be able to fix things (I have
pretty good track record of fixing things when given enough information).

Yes that seems to be a bug.
The original Threshold Colour plugin from my site, works fine. That bug was
fixed some time ago.
