Hi Juan Francisco,
the curve fitter was originally intended for grayscale calibration.
Using a Gaussian function makes no sense for this purpose.
If your image data are roughly a Gaussian (with zero background),
you may consider moment analysis to get the position and FWHM, see
the Moment Calculator plugin:
