I do have a problem related with the overlay function of ImageJ: I am stitching images (16 bit TIFF) using a macro and everything works fine so far. However I am only able to view the results in ImageJ as I am using the "add image" function in the overlay menue.
Is there any way to not use the "flatten" function? The result changes my file format and reduces the image quality...
