Hello !
I would like to measure the distance between the centers of mass of clusters on two different channels. JacoP plots me the map of the centers of mass, but with an image size that does not correspond to my initial image... And strange thing : it has the same number of pixels, but if I copy/paste the scale of my initial image to the centres map Properties, I still don't have the same size in microns.
Could it come from the fact that the centers map is RGB while my image is 16-bits ?
Or anything else I did not think about ?
