Gradient map

Marco Coan
Hi to all ImageJ users. I'm trying to find the way to apply a gradient map
using temperature values -  obtained by a probe with thermocouple -  to
visualize the different heat transfer during a meat cooking process.
Thanks in forward for your help.

If your data is in the form of a 2D array, you can import it
as an 8-bit image, and then use the different luts to create
your color map.  Write me directly if you need more detailed
information.
