Gray Morphology plugin-free form option

donny008
Hello

I have been using the Harris corner detector on my images to obtain certain
structures however since i wanted to avoid shapes similar to lines(image
attached) i found the plugin gray morphology. With this i could possibly use
structuring elements to avoid lines form my final image. But as the lines I
intend to avoid are neither horizontal or vertical I would like to use the
option of free form available in the plugin. I would be really greatful if
some one could guide me to use this option as my knowledge in using this
matrix operation is limited.

Regards
Donny

The plugin was obtained from this link http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/gray-morphology.html

And under the option of the type of structure element i am trying to figure out the 'free form' option. Has someone used this plugin before who could help me out with constructing and rotating lines with matrix. Looking forward for ideas

Dear Donny,

Thank you very much for the interest in my plugin. You have to type in the matrix yourself. The matrix should be square and the numbers
can vary between 0 and 155, space or coma delimited.

I guess that you meant 255 here.
