Habits that increase anxiety

Guys, hello. I don’t know what to do with myself anymore. I notice that I feel anxious more and more often — it seems like there’s nothing urgent, but there’s constant tension inside. I wake up tired in the morning, I have a lot to do, but I can’t concentrate. I understand that I’m harming myself: I sit on my phone before going to bed, I endlessly put things off, I scold myself for little things. These are like habits, but it seems that they drive me into this anxious state. Has anyone encountered something similar? What everyday actions, in your opinion, really increase anxiety? And how do you deal with it?

I didn’t associate my habits with anxiety before, but then I realized that they have a direct impact. Constantly checking social networks, putting off even simple tasks, lack of a normal sleep schedule — all this accumulates. My anxiety didn’t appear suddenly, it slowly grew until it began to interfere with my life. I want to recommend you one thing that really helped me — liven app. It's not just a habit tracker, but a whole system for self-help. First, you take a survey to determine your weak points. Then — short courses on anxiety management, where its causes are explained: perfectionism, low self-esteem, lack of boundaries.

I used to think that anxiety is just a reaction to stress. And then I realized: habits really do play a huge role. Especially when you keep everything in your head — things to do, worries, plans. I started the day with the thought "I won't have time to do anything," and this immediately set the tone. And then fatigue, insomnia, and everything in a circle.
