Hardware Interfacing

steven.f.lee
Hey All

I'm trying to do some microscope automation in ImageJ

I need an easy way to send +- 5V to an analog circuit? (µManager, some other plugin etc.)

Ideally I'd like to build this into a macro

Any Ideas?

Many thanks

Steve

It might be easier to start in micro-manager rather than imagej. We use
the parallel port, controlled by micro-manager, to send a TTL trigger to
an e-phys rig. Works pretty well.
