Has anyone had luck contacting customer support through different methods?

I had a recent issue with an online casino involving a bonus, and I tried contacting customer support through both email and live chat. I found that chat was significantly faster than email. I want to understand if I was unlucky. Has anyone here had different experiences with different casino problems? What is the consensus on quick access? I feel it's an underrated feature.

Your experience is interesting. It is awesome you followed standard process while trying to tackle the problem. It depends a lot on who you get on the end of the line. For me, if the problem isn't too urgent then email contact is fine but if it is regarding money then definitely phone or chat support is required! For me, I read a hugewin casino review that the casino also provides 24/7 support through live chat or email for any issues. That tells me phone is probably off the table.

It is noticeable now that online casinos invest resources into customer service. This can make or break the experience for someone who is curious about trying out that brand. It is safe to expect them to use new technologies to respond quicker, offer solutions, and follow basic customer needs. This may be the new defining feature when choosing a brand.
