Hemozoin Percentage Plugin

Anyone can help me to correct my plugin about how to measure the percentage
hemozoin area in liver section histology image. The idea is simple we
split the R,G,B channel and using the thresholding and measure tools we
measure the hemozoin area (brown area)in blue channel and then measure
total area in the green channel. I already developed the plugin but
it's difficult for me to show the percentage (hemozoin area pertotal area
multiply by 100).
