How to color code a time scale for confocal microscopy images

Hi,

I have a series of images over time and incoportaed in into a Z stack. How can I incoporate a color coded scale to the time scale?

Maybe this is what you need?

        http://fiji.sc/wiki/index.php/Temporal-Color_Code

The code is actually a macro written by Kota Miura, you can download it by
following the "in fiji.git" link and clicking on the "raw" link there if
you refuse to use Fiji.
