How to display ROI labels in Results window in Imagej?

tgUMT
Hello Everyone.

I have about 20 ROI's in each max-intensity projection and I am trying to measure pixel intensity for each of these ROIs. I was wondering if there's a way of displaying ROI names instead of ROI number in the results window that pops up after pressing the button - 'Measure'?

Thanks for your help and assistance.

Cheers

Hi,

If you go to Analyze > Set Measurements you can select Display label. This will give an extra column in the results table with the ROI name.

Thanks Kees. I tried that before posting the question and it seems like it displays the name of the image and the slice number and not the ROI name.

Thanks though.

As far as I can see it gives:
Image_name:ROI_name:slice_number for example 'confocal-series-1.tif:0001-0183-0137:1' or 'confocal-series-1.tif:test1:7'
But maybe it depends on the image type?
