How to draw the subtitle that is displayed in the ImageJ window

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to display the subtitle that is displayed in the ImageJ window when you open a stack of images. I have made my own customized GUI but I want to display the subtitle and it should change every time the scrollbar changes. My work is her:
