How to fit irregular particle ROI to ellipse?

Hey all,

I'm using the analyze particle function in ImageJ 1.45c to find ellipse particles.

However, I'm getting incomplete ellipses as shown below.



Does anyone know how to expand an irregular ROI into an ellipse?
