How to show the X Y coordinates of all points in the Freehand Curve.

Hey i was wondering if someone can help me with this.  I want to be able to outline a cell with the freehand tool and get the X Y coordinates (in pixels) of the points that make up the line. if possible i wanna be able to specify to get a point every 5 pixels but that i think i can just do in excel.
