How to use imageJ to analyze the lamellar orientations and sizes?

Hi,

 

I am a new user here and need some help.

 

Can this software analyze the lamellar orientations and sizes in an automatic fashion? I expect the software to be able to "pick up" the lines/curves; count the number of the lines/curves and measure the angle between the line/curves and the horizontal line. I attached 2 images.
