IJ_Prefs not retaining appearance options?

Bill Christens-Barry
Using ImageJ 1.47i5 and several recent predecessors on Mac OS 10.7.4, I've noticed that altered appearance options I set are not restored upon quitting and restarting ImageJ. In the IJ_Prefs file after setting some appearance options and quitting ImageJ, I see a (to me) cryptic entry of:

  ap.options=64

regardless of whichever appearance options I've set.

Is this the expected behavior?

Thanks.

Hi Bill,

ap.options in IJ_Prefs.txt are "Analyze Particles" options.
Most options of Edit>Options>Appearance, e.g. blackCanvas (border), noBorder (around image), blackBackground (binary images), antialiasedTools, are encoded in "prefs.options"
