I am trying to perform a crawling analysis on c. elegans worms using wrMTrck per this protocol:

I am unable to generate a results table with the calculated data. I am seeing zeros in my results table with no other information. The video I am using is in .avi and has good contrast in order to see the worms. I have successfully used wrMTrck for the thrashing anaylsis, where it does give me a results table with data in it. For the crawling analysis, I followed exactly as written in the above protocol, making sure to subtract the background and adjust the threshold. I also tried inputting different values into the wrMTrck plugin, but I still receive no results in the tracking analysis. Does anyone know why I am receiving zeros and no actual results?
