IJ preferences

Fabrice Senger
Hello,

I experience regularly the same kind of problem wich I solve (as
suggested once by Wayne) by deleting the IJprf.txt file.
For example, when I binaryze an image I use to set the particles of
interest to black on white background...and from time to time, my imageJ
installation switches to white particles on black background.

Has someone experienced this kind of problem...how could I solve it ?

Thank you,

Fabrice.

Hello.

Are colours in your binarize image really switched (means that zero
black values are now 255 white?) or your LUT is just inverted (and
values remains unaffected)???
This option you can try in Process>>Binary>>Options... and check (or
uncheck) Balck background chooser.

May be it helps you.
