Doing radio In situ hybridization, we have a standard scale we set next to our slides when apposing the film. In ImageTool we select a box from each standard on the film, enter the associated values, and choose cubic spline for the curve fit.
However, ImageJ has no such cubic spline when you go to Analyze>Calibrtae..>(dropdown menu)...the dropdown menu has Rodbard, exponential..etc., but what about cubic spline? Should I just use a polynomial or exponential or Rodbard? Does anyone use imagej on their ISH films?
