Image Adjustment for Image Type

Jason NoSpam
Hi,

I use ImageJ to view medical CTs, MRIs, and X-ray images.  Is there a way for there to be automatic contrast & brightness selector for the different image types (for example, lung, brain, or bone image types) set via some sort of drop down selector?  Does this exist or would I need to create this myself?

For example, I would want the following values for the different imaging types.  Lung would have 1800 as the window width and -600 the level - or center of the  window. These are Hounsfield units, used in CT.  Water is 0, by convention.    Fat
and air are negative, and calcium is high positive.  The scale is -1000  to
+3000.

Lung              1800W / -600W
 Abd/Soft Tissue   400W /  50L
 Brain             80 / 35
 Bone              2500 / 450
 Spine  soft tissue 260 / 65

Thanks!
