X-Y-Z coordinate in a stack

Xiaojun Ren
Hi,

I am working time serials of stack image. I want to get X-Y-Z
coordinated value from each slices. I found that the
"analysis/tool/save as X-Y coordinates" has the function, however it
just import one slice, not the whole slices. I want to get the x-y-z
coordinated data from whole slice. I can do one by one, it will take me
long time to finish one stack (normal 200 slices). Does anybody know
that one plugin can solve my problem?

Thanks,

Xiaojun

Dear Xiaojun,
By tool "save as X-Y coordinates" you also lose the value in the upper left
corner and the same value on all image...
I also need such a tool for getting XYZ values to make grid from images
which have z values indicating elevation.
Thanks...
