sorry, you can't change this (except modifying the 'X' and 'Y' columns of
the Results table in a macro, which would be a rather cumbersome
workaround).
Maybe something else helps: ImageJ has a nice non-destructive overlay in
the ROI manager with 'Show All'. If you want to see what is below the
labels, simply uncheck 'Show All'. There you can also change the color
('Properties...'). Maybe this helps?
