Image analysis payment

Hi all,

I am currently working at a facility in Sweden but we're still trying to figure out how to deal with doing image analysis for users.

We are thinking of making tests, and a first step of X hours for free and everything above would have to be paid. But we're not sure about how many hours etc...

Do you have ideas of how to do it or how it is done in facilities close to you ? That would help us greatly.
