Image loading problem

westlakecherry
Hi, I'm new ImageJ user. Recently I'm trying to use JACoP plugin to study co-localization of two proteins. However, when I installed the plugin and restart ImageJ, opened two "tif" format images then clicked "JAcoP" command in "plugin", the pop-up window it reads "no image".

How can I resolve this problem and be able to use the JACoP function?

Thank you in advance!

Cherry

I haven't used the plugin that you are referring to, so I can't help you off hand.

I just wanted to let you know that you could probably send the authors an e-mail as well as posting on these forums:

I just had that problem and fixed it by converting and saving my images as 8-bit (they were RGB). That did the trick for me.
