Image moments

Hello

I have been trying to implement image moments, and found this plug in
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/image-moments.html

I get the values but could some please help me to apply the function moments
to the image.

I find yet another moments function with under the Adjust-Threshold button, are these the same threshold. Could someone help me with this

I don't understand the request/question.
What kind of moments? And for what purpose?

i wanted to apply moments to my image which i am not able to do now.

i have an image with certain non homogenous structures. i would like to apply moments and distinguish between the homogenous and non homogenous structures on the pixel level. and i read about the possibility of applying moments to get the result. what do you think about the chances
