Image to measure neutrophil velocity

Hello i want to measure neutrophil velocity, but as my neutrophil cells extend protusion forward and then reward  so it  become difficult to track their velocity. So all people who have previously used image j to measure the neutrophil velocity can kindly reply to my post

Hello i am having 600 sequence images of cell migration taken through high speed camera. My cell shape continuously changes during its motion. So i want to calculate velocity of cell .

 So any user how has done that previously can pour in his suggestion
