Hi,
I'm having trouble analysing my TIFF images with the current version of
imageJ. The step-tablet calibration works fine, as does the lane selecting,
closing the peak area, and the wand command inserts values into the results
table. The problem is that these values are whole numbers, and my results
usually say something like 0, 0, 0, 1, 2, 1, 0, 0 - not the most accurate
quantification. This whole number problem does not occur when calibrating
the step tablet.
Anyone who has encountered a similar problem or knows what I'm doing wrong,
your help would be much appreciated.
