ImageJ LSM to Tif files

CB Mahoney
Hello

I would like to convert my lsm files (2channels and z-stack) to multilayer tiff files to be used in Autoquant Autodeblur v 9.2.  Does anyone know what plugin to use in image J or the steps to do so.

Thanks so much for your time

Carrie

Carey,

I thought that that AutoQuant software could open the Zeiss .lsm files
directly?

If not, then you can use the LOCI plugins (
http://www.loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats-imagej.html) to open the files in
ImageJ and then save them into any of the ImageJ formats in the usual way.

I hope this helps,
Graham

Not sure about that special TIFF format, to obtain simple set of TIFFs out of it, use
File -> Save As -> Image Sequence; specify output folder and you are done.

Hope that helps
