ImageJ closes unexpectedly

roberto aranibar
I had been saving an ROI set in the ROI manager periodically (as the list
got longer) and during one save, when ImageJ asked me if I wanted to save
over the previous ROI set, I said yes (as I always do in order to update the
previous list with the additional ROIs I had added since then) and ImageJ
just completely closed. My long list of ROIs is nowhere to be found. A
zipped ROIset was saved, but it says it is invalid or corrupted when I try
to open it.

Is this a known problem in ImageJ? Can anyone help me recover my lost roi
files?

If this had been a memory problem, I expected I would get a
java.lang.outofmemory error, but I didn't.

I'm using ImageJ 1.37h with Java 1.5.0_06.

Thank you in advance for your time and help.

Roberto
