ImageJ to analyse lengths using intensity of bands relative to a molecular weight marker

Beth Ashbridge
Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I could measure telomere length "smudges" i.e. take highest value of the histogram as the average telomere length and associate that with a molecular weight marker on the same gel?

Any ideas how I would do this using ImageJ?

thanks,

Could you post an image of such a gel?
