Inquiry about bUnwarpJ

Dear Sir,

Good day!

Regarding the bUnwarpj plugins, I would like to ask you some questions if it
is possible to enhance the vectors by a certain factor, for example,
multiply the length of the vector by 5 and keep it orientation.

Concerning the bUwarpj plugins,it is for 2D evaluation. Is there any 3D
program or plugin you recommended to register the stack images and easy to
approach?

Hello Yu-Chih,

If I understood well, you would like to multiply the vectors obtained
during the registration process by a factor. Then you should modify the
method "showDeformationGrid", in order to add this possibility.

Concerning programs to register in 3D, I do not know too much about it.
Have you tried TurboReg?
