Hello, I am a new user and have a few problems with the images I am trying to process. I used a high speed camera to capture the movement of an insect and it required light to be shone from below the animal. However, because I was recording at 250 frames per second there is an intensity difference due to the oscillations of the lamp. This has meant that the readings I need to get from each frame have a different background intensity and are therefore incompatible. I am looking for a plug-in that will enable me to set the background intensities to the same value can anyone help me??
