Intensitymeasuring of RBP in Tubuli

Hey,

I would like to know how to measure the intensity in a ROI!? I took 6 Pictures (HPF) of each of my fluorescence Slices. In each Picture there are round about 10 Tubuli (ROIs), which i have to measure. Now I would like to compare the mean intensity of my staining (RBP). Can someone help me?
