Hey,
I have never used ImageJ before but I would like to use it on my project as well. I have stained RBP in kidney slices with green fluorescence. Afterwards I have scanned all the stained slices and took pictures. Now i would like to measure the mean Intensity of RBP (green Fluorescence) in the proximal tubuli and compare it between th different slices. Is it possible to measrue the intensity of a few tubuli or to measure the intensity of a whole picture?
