Hi,
I have some macros that uses run("Mean 3D...", "x=2 y=2 z=2") that stopped
working after I updated Fiji. The error message I get is: "1 channels and
5D hyperstack are not supported".
These are marco are run on 4D hyperstack (xyzt) and I'm aware of the edge
artifact on the top and bottom slices. I understand that the artifact can
be problematic in some situation and that this new error is probably to
address those cases. But, in my case I take it into consideration at the
acquisition stage so the impact is insignificant. Would it be possible to
add a workaround that would allow the use of the 3D filters on hyperstack
again? A checkbox with a warning like "I understand the risk of running
this filter on hyperstack" that bypass the hyperstack check would probably
do the trick.
Thanks for your help.
Sincerely
