Interleaved Anayze-format images

Tony Shepherd
I'm searching for a way to split an interleaved Analyze format 3D image. I
need to turn it into 2 new Analyze images, where one is made up of slices
(1,3,5..) from the original, and the other from slices (2,4,6...).
I've tried MRIcro and SPM but no luck. Does anyone have a plugin or any
suggestions? (I don't think ImageJ can 'save as' Analyze Format as it
comes).

Any help gratefully appreciated,

T

Hi Tony,

Is there a reason the Analyze Writer plugin won't work?
